Albums I purchased this week:
Sonic Youth: Experimental jet set, trash and no star
"I had this one on my iPod for many years but I realized that I had to have in my cd collection aswell!"
Sonic Youth: Washing Machine
"The same as above, had to own it"
Sonic Youth: NYC ghost and flowers
"Really love this one! It has some great tunes - but Renegade Princess is my favourite at the moment"
U2: Achtung Baby
"Never been much of an U2 fan, but I wanted to get familiar with their older stuff before buying their new album"
U2: How to dismantle an atomic bomb
"Again, I never really felt U2 was my thing, but I am giving it a try! This album is really growing on me every time I listen to it!
Marilyn Manson: The Golden Age of Grotesque
"This one's just for fun. I got it for $8 which i think is fair. It's actually not a bad album at all. To my knowledge it has a very good drum production."
Slipknot: Vol 3: The Subliminal Verses
"I recently heard their newest album (can't be bothered remembering the name) but I did not like it at all. The album was super overproduced - it sounded really cheap! Nasty record, but the old one I must say, is much more indie in a metal kinda way (production wise) but I guess it will take some time before I can fully appreciate this great work of art. Nah, I guess it will work as filler in my collection"
Scum: Gospel for the sick
"It stated that it featured members of Amen, Turbonegro and Emperor so I had to have this one. At the first listen I realize that it's utter shit! I could have guessed that by the tracklisting including tracks such as 'Throw up on you' and 'DeathPunkScumFuck'. So actually it's my mistake."

Sonic Youth + Dinosaur Jr.
Hello y'all, this is the duke saying:
Prepare for "The Eternal" coming june 9th. It's the new album by Sonic Youth and it's going to rock your clothes off.
So while your sitting there naked thinking "holy shit... that was great" you're in for another treat. Dinosaur Jr. has just finished mixing their new album, still untitled, and it's set to be realease this summer. I don't think they'll make it happen before june 9th.
